How do I shut off the hotkey or shortcut in vista or 7 that turns windows media center on if you hold the right mouse key for more than 3 seconds?

I dont recall ever hearing of that. I have had good luck with this site in the past for vista issues.

try using right mouse button to move around a box for longer than 3 seconds in vista or 7 and see what happens.
