View Full Version : Cant see the hands under "Sessions"

Cant the hands I played under "Sessions"

No filters, however I can see the sessions without the hands beneath

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73 and/or holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171


Reboot



If the problem persists:

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, and export/import the hands from the old DB, and then delete the old DB. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=21

updated to the latest bets
Created a new db
added exception to my windows firewall

I can only see the hands under "Reports" tab. Under "session" tab I see nothing.

I have completely uninstall HM and reinstalled it.
I have just started to import the hands, but there are already enough hands for you to see.

Also, I have removed postgres and installed the latest version.

Which tab is that? What is wrong in that picture? Everything looks normal. Please post a screen shot of the entire Reports and Sessions tab, not just the bottom 'hands' sub-window.

Whats the title says? I cant see the hands from the selected session.
Its completely blanked.
Notice that I clicked on "Show all" and unticked "only show marked hands" and "show known hole cards"


Hope I made myself clear, please let me know if you require more info, though I really cant see why are you not understanding the issue.

Guys, please:

Did you create a new db and reimport the hands?

From which site are the hands?
Did you purge them?

Yes just like I said I have completely removed both HM and postgres

Created a new UTF DB and imported new hands.

The hands are from iPoker

I see this in conjunction with your other thread. I think you do not use a standard date/time format in the regional settings?
Please post a screenshot of control panel -> regional settings.
