I have SS HM & I'm looking at getting SS LB...

I've read the FAQ
Q1. The $50 is for lifetime use ?

I only have a slow connection so I would need to download & save any videos before viewing them - I certainly can't stream them...
Q2. Is this possible/allowed ?

Q3. The LB parent company is called what & where is it ?
Q4. Do you have a website ?

2) No. There is nothing setup for this now, and it's just too many videos.
