Hi there! Since I've updated to the latest version (due the last bug I've reported) hm has been very unstable. It keeps giving me this error and i cannot understand why is this occurring. Attached follows a print of the error. Thanks in advance.

Forgot mentioning that when this problem occurs, i can't access at hand history on table "HUD". It gives me a blank page when i try to see it.

Hi

Please export your custom HUD's in HUD Options.

Close HM2

Delete the prefs file in the Config folder in

7: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

Showing hidden files: How to show hidden files in Windows 7 (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial151.html)

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

Reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework

Uninstall your current NetFramework version with this tool: http://videos.holdemmanager.com/dotnetfx_cleanup_tool.zip
and download the NET installer and run it
Download: Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=9cfb2d51-5ff4-4491-b0e5-b386f32c0992&displaylang=en)

In your Control Panel make sure Windows and the Microsoft .NET Framework is fully updated again until 'No New Important Updates are Found', including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser). Please bear in mind this may require more than one restart of your PC.

Reinstall the latest internal HM2 and import your custom HUD's.

Hi there!
Done all the steps you suggested and played well the first 250 hands, then the same bug appeared and all the old problems returned.
I've found another problem:
I'm 100% that i have a few hands (more than 100) from some players I've played. Always that start playing in a new table with them, the HUD shows me 0 hands.
Any other way of refreshing the hud without closing and reopening the HM?

Please update to the latest HM2. What are you doing when the error occurs? Are you clicking something or does it just pop up on its own?

http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Hm2_2.0.0.6309.exe

in a new table with them, the HUD shows me 0 hands.
We are investigating this issue.

Thank you.
