Hi, I just downloaded hold em manager and am using the "try" version to test it out. The "database control panel" pops up and the "server name", "port number", "login name", and "password" are already filled out. In red is "if you do not have postgreSQL installed then click on the link for detailed instructions".

1. When I press connect it says "the username and/or password is incorrect. Would you like to have hold 'em manager configure the database to accept this login and password?"

2. i click "yes" and next pops up "Holdem manager updated postgreSQL. Please try connecting again".

----

As for dling postgresql, i look it up and only the following appears:
editpostgresql.conf
psql to 'postgres'
postgresql help
postgresql release notes

So then i go to instructions for installation, click the link :
http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/postgresql.zip.

i click that and error says:
C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\Temp could not be saved, because an unknown error occurred.

Try saving to a different location.
however i can't get an option to save somewhere else???? kind of confused here any help would be appreciated.
