Ongame. hands played by others not showing in replayer?

Hey guys...

My replayer doesnt show hands that others played. e.g. : I fold. and these 2 guys go preflop all in. I can only see the winners cards but I don't get to see what the loser put it all in with.

In the replayer, hh reader thing, can't find it anywhere. can anyone help fix this?

Ongame doesn't allow us anymore to track the mucked cards.
(we first got that info from the Ongame server, in the Ongame replayer/hh reader thingy you should still be able to see the mucked cards)

But they don't write the info to the handhistory anymore... and don't allow tracking software, to read their internal hh reader.
