Trouble using Table Scanner on Ongame

Hello,

I recently purchased Table Scanner but I cannot seem to get it to work properly with my Ongame klient (HollywoodPoker). I have selected the wished poker game, structure, poker site, number of seats and stake but when I press "scan" nothing happens but a white (and cleared) box popping up saying, "Help - Important Notes on scanning Ongame". What the f***? I tried with FTP and it works with that client.

What to do now?

Ongame isn't support anymore since the Ongame P5 software update.

We are working on a fix.

because Ongame made an update that changed things around, and it's quite easy to see that a scanner will have some serious problems with the new lobby :(

Bumpaments. As far as I am able to see the Ongame client has been removed from the list of supported sites in the Tablescanner tab so what are the options for a guy (read: me) who bought Tablescanner only to use it on Ongame?

What is the latest status about ongame table scanner support? If its not working yet, do you think you will ever be able to get it back to work, or probably not?

Come on... please fix this matter with ongame, im playing on bestpoker and I seriously want my table scanner that I paid for working...

Ongame doesn't even have a waiting list at a table you can join, after their software update last year.

So there currently are no plans to support Ongame.
