Playing FTP this morning. About 6 times got message......."Unhandled expection occurred........Access to path C:\ProgramFiles\RVGSoftwareHoldem.......is denied"

Have to shut down everytime and re start it. Would be nice to play poker instead buggering around closing and opening programs that should work by now.

Tried uploading a print screen via your manage attachments, that won't work either.

If you took a large screen shot and saved it as a BMP instead of JPG/PNG, then it was probably too large of a file size to attach.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73 and/or holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

What operating system? Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 installed.

If you still get the errors, then it may be necessary to try a clean reinstall of HM.
