In multi-table SNGs, often the incorrect # of entrants is being recorded when busting out on the first table. This is NOT fixed when tournament summaries are imported.

Hold'em Manager shows that I finished 5th out of 10 players.
You'll see a few other tournaments in this screenshot which says there were 12 players and these are wrong as well.

I also get this problem occasionally, and only on pokerstars. It seems that for some SnGs, no amount of importing summary files (in ANSI, UTF or even drunken Swahili) will update the record. I have to manually set the data and check the 'finished' box.

I have this same problem and its very annoying!

The normal MTT's on stars import correctly, but the multi sit and go's that need to fill up before they start (unlike the normal mtt's that start at a fixed time). Dont import at all!

I sent in a complete hand history and the tournament summary for the tournament in my screenshot. It took a little bit for me to figure out how to properly export hands and zip the folder, but I got it down now.

If you need any more please let me know and I can send you a few.

Hi, this worked for me so could you explain exactly how you did this. For example, did you shut HM down and then re-open it later to import the summary? Did you happen to try and manually edit the tourney in the data view before trying to import the summary? Please provide as much detail as you can remember

Periodically I review my tourney results and notice that 1 (or more) SnGs are being reported incorrectly... say 10 man when I know I only play 9 or 18 man. I don't worry as I routinely request summaries from PS and import them into HEM to clean up the db record. Occasionally, one record will not clean up no matter how I import the summary... ansi, asci, utf, anything!

Roy, I have tried every which way, reboots between/after/before imports. Imports in different format (ansi, utf etc). Closing/restarting HEM during the process or not at all. Makes no difference. For some reason, these occasionaly SnGs will NOT update unless done manually.

Like yesterday, I played a 75$ turbo mtt, came in 30th or something and ITM. HM autoimport these hands and in the dataview it says size 23 (while it was like 300+), Finish 0 WOn 0....

edit: deleting the mtt and reimporting the file seems 2 work

I just have whole problems with Tourney Tab. been using HM 1.09 beta 38. I'm playing 180/90/45 sng on stars and HM ain't importing anything except buy-ins. Is there anything you could do to repair this? I didn't import any results manualy (and I hope I don't need to). Did I go somewhere wrong?

You need to request the summaries from stars and import them from the mail because the relevant information is not written into the normal hand history.
