im getting the message.


unhandled exception has accured in your application.If you click continue,the application will ignore this error and attemt to continue.If you click quit,the application will close emmediatley.

could not laod the file or assembly 'softelvdm. sftT reeNET,version=2.0.12.0,culture=neutral,publickey token=25c3069afccab10e'or one of its dependencies.the module was expected to containan assemblymanifest.

i clicked continue but it dosnt bypass the problem. Is this thing always this much of a headache.

can any one help plz or can i set up a private viewing to get it sorted out once and for all.

Please reboot your computer, clear your browser cache, download and install the latest update again: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Ok tried that still same message comming up, If i go into to details on the message it comes up with this if it explains more.

Please make sure your computer is uptodate (Service Packs and Windows Update).
Also check that you have installed the latest Microsoft .net Frameworkd 3.5 service pack 1.

If that doesn't help i suggest you uninstall holdemmanager using the Revo Uninstaller and start with a fresh installation of full version 1.08.04 and then update to the latest beta.

Ok i uninstalled it and reinstalled, Im able to go into the hm now and all the info seems to be there as i can see the (players) are at 21519 which is what it should be.

But now when i click on sessions to review or try anything. It says you have not selected a player to run this report against,please click on change.

ive got my player alias set ive got the auto import setup again i have my hero name setup. So why cant i view all my info and getting this message ?

It all seems to be as i had it before im just unable to view anything.

Did you click on the 'Change' button like the error message told you? Because of the reinstall you have to search out your player name for the first time. An alias is for creating a new 'alias name' and assigning multiple screen names to the same alias. If you only play at one site with a single screen name there is no need to use the Player Alias feature in HM.

Can i please set up a remote help to get my hm sorted out please. It was running ok again now it seems that the beta 1.09 update has dissapeared, ive tried clearing browser cash and restarting computer and downloading the update again and it wont take it.

when i click on my name for session details its just not updating the information on winnings or losses etc... And it will work for 10 or 15 mins then it stops working completley.

Also it so slow in loading in loading any information on my sessions when i want to review anything.

im just really at the end of my teather with it it seems new problems pop up daily.

ive tried everything that has worked previously but this time nothing is working to get it going.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe


If that doesnt help:

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder.

- If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager.
- To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button.
- Click this and attach the file.

Hi ive managed to get hm working again now aprart from one problem, It is just so slow at retrieving any information i want to look at.

Ive tried removing the winner name winner cards and winner won from the hand view column selection without success.

To fix the rest of the problems i just restored computer to previous date seems to have done the trick.

It aslo came up with somthing else to do to speed it up. I had a box come up telling me that it was acting slow and removing winner cards winner won and winner name along with somthing else would speed it up conciderably.

The box appeared once and i havnt seen it again so im not sure what the other thing was.

But removing the other stuff dosnt appear to have speeded it up anyway.

It seems i fix one problem then another appears, It whiped out my hero name and the info whee i save my hand history to so i put them back in and now i dont get the display when playing.

Tried to restart computer and now i cant get into it atall i get the message. The following error occured while trying to open the database. Failed to establish connection to 127.0.0.1

Ive sent fozzy an e-mail for a remote viewing. I just wont be able to use it untill then. Ive just had problem after problem for a few weeks it works for a while then starts to go pete tong,

I tried all everything i can think of and im just at the end of my teather to be honest.

Ill wait for the viewing and hope you can have better luck than me.

I'm having the same problems as this guy. Same error he had when he 1st
installed this patch.

When I installed the patch it gave an error message... unable to replace
the following file, & it says this for 3 different files.

Then when I startup the program, I get the same error message he got.

I only got this patch cause I was hoping you adding cap game support. Now
I can't get H.M to run at all.
