Problem importing UB hands and HUD not showing up

I have windows vista and 1.06.01b. I have both the HEM data file and the my hand histories file as auto imports. Sometimes the hands will import and the hud will show up and other times it won't. I've tried relaunching the HUD and standing up and sitting back down at the table. Neither seems to fix the problem. Any help would be much appreciated.

Edit to add that I am using the run as admin option and the HH window is open in UB.

Do you play tournaments or cash, does it only stop for latter stages of tournaments, do the HH import into hm if you run a report or only the hands where the HUD was present, please also update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.06.03.exe and see if the problem still exists?
