I just purchased HEM today, I had already used the free trial and couldn't get that working either. I have the postgres installed, I imported hand histories, I played a few hands on Pstars and then re-started it. And it does nothing. No hud, no stats on database, nothing. Please, please, please help me, I am so frustrated right now.

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73 and/or holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

*Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
*If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174

The HEM seems to be semi-working. It has some of my tourney stats now, although I don't think all of them. But no cash game stats at all. I've only played a few hands on PStars since I've had HEM, I play most of my cash games at Doyles room, mostly tourneys on pstars. HUD still does not work whatsoever, I get no stats at the table.

HEM version - Small Stakes 1.09 beta 35
HUD doesn't work at any sites.
I've been playing mostly sit n go's and tourney's since I've had HEM
Yes I clicked auto import
Table finder does not work either
I have windows XP

I even tried turning off the firewall and that didn't get the HUD working either, so I turned it back on.
Also tried the free trial of leak buster and it said it had no files to import, even though it has some of my hand histories in the tourney's tab.

I've spent so much time trying to figure this thing out, it seems like this is more dificult than it should be.

Please attach your file holdemmanager.config to this thread so we can check your configuration.

If we can't figure it out that way i think we have to arrange a teamviewer session.

I'm not sure how to go about that. I tried to copy the shortcut to hold em manager that I use but it wouldn't let me paste it. Please tell me how to do that and I will do so.

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder.

- If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager.
- To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button.
- Click this and attach the file.

Please email me at fozzy@holdemmanager.net so we can schedule a Teamviewer session. Download the www.Teamviewer.com Quick Support Module. It does not need to be installed, as it can run directly from your Desktop/Directory. Please let me know what time zone you are in and what time/days are convenient for you.

I just went and uploaded here. Not sure if it will show up or not, but I clicked on attachments, found the file and pressed upload.

Your HM is only configured for Pokerstars - is that correct?

Are the hands being imported?

You need to use an english Stars Client for SnGs/MTTs.
