Hi,

I've been playing on Eurobetpoker (ongame) before and i had no problems whatsoever. No I changed to Betsafe (ongame) and configured my HEM similarly as it was configured with eurobetpoker. However, now I have to use table finder on every table when i play on betsafe. HEM never recognizes the tables automatically. How to fix this?

*Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe
*If that doesn't help, please answer these questions - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The "importing\hud data" folder
4) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

Change Subfolders option to no in the auto-import settings for ongame.

Delete/move the ongame handhistory file, reboot your computer and try again.

Add filenames for your room to the file:

RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config\ExeNames.txt

This is my ExeNames.txt:

0,FullTiltPoker.exe
1,PokerStars.exe
2,PartyPoker.exe
2,PartyGaming.exe
6,draculaholdem.exe
15,javaw.exe
2,EmpirePokerMaster.exe
5,mainclient.exe
3,casino.exe
9,MPPoker.exe
9,mppoker.exe

10,TowerPoker.exe
10,PrimePoker.exe
10,StartWhitebet.exe
10,WinamaxPoker.exe
10,WhiteBet.exe
10,Poker.exe

I think that last line, "10,Poker.exe" means my ongame .exe (betsafe -> Poker.exe) is mentioned already.

Fozzy71: Unchecking that subfolders option caused HEM to completely stop working with ongame.

Make sure you attach your config file:

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config.

- If your extensions are off you'll just see a file called holdemmanager.

I had the same problem, and fixed it by doing exactly what it says in this thread:
http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=54
(note there is a special part relating to Betsafe at the bottom)

So in the config file above, change the first 8,Poker.exe to 10,Poker.exe, and delete the 10,Poker.exe at the bottom. Save the file and close it.

Restart HEM and should work fine.
