View Full Version : Cannot start Trial Version

I downloaded the full version of HEM to give the 14-day trial a chance. The install of PostGreSQL went just fine. However, I installed HEM and then upon running it, I get a screen that allows me to click on Try. When I click on Try, I get the popup that states there is an error with the license.

Here are my specifications:

Windows 7 OS
Latest HEM.

I have tried the following solutions:

1.Uninstalling HM with www.revouninstaller.com using the Deep setting.
2. Checking for a .ldat file in my HEM folder. Nothing is there.
3. Disabling my firewall(ESET, Windows firewall is not on)
4. Looking through reg.log, it appears that it cannot even find a TRY- Serial number.

I want to see if this would be a good purchase, but I would like to take it for a test drive first. Thank you.
