View Full Version : HUD not working for Betsafe only

Hi,

My HUD recently stopped working for Betsafe poker client. I play on many other sites (party,stars,.fr, i poker and even a different On Game client which is working fine). I have gone through all the usual processes for fixing the HUD. Updating, adding to exenames.text. Deleting exenames.text.

The hands seem to be importing (all though I cant find an option to save/not save HH in Betsafe software. Also I cannot manually find the HHs)

When I use table finder the table is displayed as an unattached table, and when I highlight it and move the red cross over and drop; the window title displays the table information and Owner shows Poker.exe.

But the HUD does not pop up, and the table is not displayed in table finder.

Please Help

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Delete the file Program Files/RVG Software/HoldemManager/Config/exenames.txt
Then try the TableFinder again: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD

Is the betsafe lobby language in English?
Is the client installed to a default folder?

Hi,

Yes the language is in English and it definitely is installed in the default location.

I have updated to the latest version and tried all the above steps and it still doesn't work :/

what now?

Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from c:\program files(x86)\rvg software\holdem manager\config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). it may be just called holdemmanager if you've extensions turned off.
And please attach screenshots of a table and the tablemanager

Hi,

I have attached the screen shots. I noticed under C:\ Program Files (x86) \ there are duplicate
HEM folders under " RVG Software " " RVG Software(18) " and " RVG Software (19)" could this be an issue?

I am having trouble attaching the config file. I have found it in " Holdem Manager " but it does not display when I'm
trying to select it in your attachment uploader. Also I cannot open the file with anything to re save it, in notepad it is just a load of symbols.

I think the best is if we arrange a remote session. Please schedule a remote support session with our support. Email support@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread and your forum name, so we can setup a Teamviewer (http://www.holdemmanager.net/teamviewer) session.
