Hi there,
I purchased today a new copy of HEM paying with my mastercard.
Unfortunately after having pressed the "purchase" button something went wrong and I got to a page where something was written about having inserted the wrong email address.
I haven't received any email from you yet so I guess that was actually the problem. But I don't kown what to do now coz I haven't been prompted for the correction.
I checked my mastercard status and the payment seems to have gone thru.
I sent an email to sales at hm.com with my details, should I do something more?

I checked there too and found nothing.
I don't know if I explained myself clearly enough on this tho: I actually got a first email by "sales", a mail in which he was asking for some details. I then sent my details on 10/2/2009 and since then I've been waiting for my code with no success.
