HUD stopping after 6 hands

I have this reoccurring problem where no matter what table I am at my HUD will freeze up after 6 hands every time. HEM says it is still importing hands but something is wrong with the HUD and I can't figure it out. Any help is appreciated, Thank you.

Forgot to mention this is for SNGs mainly but the same problem has happened at the cash tables.
