Problems with Purchasing/Downloading

Hi,

I'm interested in buying Hold'em Manager but your website is giving me major problems. I am on a normal-sized laptop but your Flash-enhanced website for some reason does not display everything on my screen. In the middle part where the content is, when I click "Buy Now" I can't even get all the text to display before they are cut off, and I can't scroll down either. As a result I'm unable to either purchase or download.

I think this must be a very common problem encountered by people and force them to go to Poker Tracker instead. Can you fix this or provide links where I can actually purchase/download please?

Ok id first advise to visit Adobe and make sure you have the most recent flash version,if not for HM then there is lots of other sites youll need it for.

However if you can tell us what browser eg firefox, IE 7 etc that your using we can try and get it compatible with that

I've got the latest Flash, IE7, Vista, etc. When I go to the "Buy Now" page this is what I see:

"$80.00 US Holdem Manager Professional Edition - fully functional version of Holdem Manager and the HUD.

$55.00 US Holdem Manager Small Stakes Edition - fully functional version of Holdem Manager and the HUD but limited up to 0.50/1.00 Limit, 0.25/0.50 No Limit / Pot Limit and $22 Tourneys or below. Upgrading to the Professional Edition at a later date for $25."

Those 2 paragraphs are not hyperlinks I can click on and there's one bullet point/option to the top paragraph which does nothing either. My screen is a normal 15.5" or so laptop. I'm obviously missing some text and option to click on.

I would prefer this problem is fixed before I make a purchase so I can have confidence that the software I'm buying is also problem-free.

Thanks for the reply, I see where the problem is -- the slider doesn't quite work sometimes and I have to reload the page to ensure it works and doesn't disappear or get stuck. I'm somewhat IT-savvy and think this might be a problem with some combination of Vista & IE... Vista is known to cause problems.

One more question: does HUD come with both the small stakes and professional versions of Hold'em Manager?

Yes, the only difference is with small stakes if you try to play above your limit it will not show the HUD

I am having the same problems. I'm using a brand new computer with the latest Flash. I've tried in IE and Firefox. I can scroll on the Buy Now screen but there are no hyperlinks or buttons that allow me to purchase. I am using Vista.

I can scroll, that's not the problem. Maybe I'm stupid, but where do I click to purchase?

When I scroll to the bottom it says 'click here to view testimonials'. If I click that the screen goes blank and then the Buy Now screen reappears.

Just use the steps, there is no purchase button or something
