HM1 with the last update 1.12.09 doesn't show HUD statistics for players at the tables (at pokerstars) and "Reports" tab shows wrong information (about winnings and etc.). HM1 imports hands, Table Manager finds tables. Windows XP SP3. All was good yesterday, I haven't changed anything in settings, soft or hardware.

Probably a problem with the new client version that came out sometime between now and yesterday at the same time. For me there are not even any hands being imported.
For the session I just played the handhistory files always say 'XXX showed XX and lost with X' even if the player won the hand.

The problem still exists:
- no stats for players at the tables
- Tab "Reports" shows wrong statistics (for examle: I played 10 hands, it shows 70 hands)
- Table Manager finds tables but shows that the are empty 0/6 though there are 6 players at the table
- when I try to import hand history files from Feb 01 - it shows 100% of import errors

I have created a new database and the problem was solved. One question - is it possible to repaire previous database?

My HUD doesn't work at the cash game tables with ante, works fine everywhere else. What to do?

This is on pokerstars.fr.

Theoretically you can try to reindex the old database in pgadminIII to fix it.
But ideally just reimport all your hands into the new database.

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Set the lobby language in English.

I've obviously done that. This problem is only on the new tables with antes on pokerstars.fr. Works fine on all other tables, both on .com and .fr.

Does it work with the table finder?

No, the HUD doesn't pop up. It finds the table and everything.

Not absolutely sure i did that in the right way, but pretty sure.

I think we need to test and document this. Please schedule a remote support session with our support. Email support@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread and your forum name, so we can setup a Teamviewer (http://www.holdemmanager.net/teamviewer) session.

this is ur answer ? i mean i played over a 1 million hands over the time on PS with a hud but for u i checked it twice again just to be sure sir . pokerstars.fr made new ante tables recently , and these hands arent importet properly . also no hud comes on . this is only at the ante tables - which means that the hud shows up at every other table in the session . also if u use the PS handreplayer for the ante tables the hud pops up after a few seconds there . fix it please . these tables also have different buyin rules as the normal ante tables on PS , maybe thats why .

Did you send us hands? What did support reply? I have no access to your conversation from here.

This is still a problem. Want me to send in HHs so you can fix it?

this may help but we probably need to arrange a tv session.
Lets start with the hands: Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.com. We will then try to reproduce the problem.
