HM1 license issue

Hi!
I am having problems with my HM1 license. Tonight i tryed to login in both computers and it doesnt let me log in. It seems that im having a license problem, i'm trying to loggin and it happens like the last time that i formatted the PC.

I also tryed to reset the license and put it in again and it doesnt let me.

What can i do?I sent an email to the admin, but dont have any answer yet.

Problem solved!!!!I just restarted the HM and problem is solved!
