HUD transparent Background

In HM1 i was able to have a transparent background. How can I do this in HM2, the opacity setting change the opacity of all the hud.

In HUD Options - Config, click the background. Drag the opacity all the way to the left.

I want HM2 hud to be on solid black background.

Is it transparent or just a non-black colour?

And i want solid black background.

I want 100% solid, so i dont see anytthing below the HUD. only solid black background eh..

What does "eh" mean?

What happened when you tried this?:-
In the same section click on the "background" box & change that colour to Black

Click in the Green oval I've drawn
Choose colour
Choose transparency [the slider]

Well thanks it helped me out.

I just thought that this is irrelevant cause, the background was already black solid in the minature,
but i see that this is delusion, and you have open this option to see as it truely is.
I changed it to solid black and it works , thank you !

I'll fix my post. It should have said to the left. Usually we get asked how to set it transparent. Sorry for the confusion.
