I just bought this wonderful program and I CANNONT GET IT TO WORK

When i download that prosgress (or what ever the heck its called)

right when im about to finish the download it says error 2755


what the heck is that

if someone has aim or face book and will help me download this darn thing i will pay your via fulltilt!


please! or does HEM have a phone number i can call, i will pay for the number as well
