I've just started playing on Bwin and to my surprise hold'em manager does not seem to able to import the handhistory's. I've updated HM to the latest version (on a XP pc) selected the right folder (following http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=148), but the folder does not create a .txt file for each individual table but a handhistory.log, which HM can't import.

How do I fix this?

Please try updating to the latest beta version from the link in my signature.

If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot. http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73

If that doesn't help, please answer and post these questions: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174

No, you havent.

Current version is 1.09 Beta 35.

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

Make sure you install it tot he proper install folder, if Hm is in a non-default location.

Yes, appartantly the update was saved on a different path than the HM path. I have however now updated to 1.09 beta 35 and the problem hasn't been solved.

Move the handhistory.log file to a different folder and import via import file or import from folder.

When playing next time a new file should be generated and this should be imported.

If not please attach the file holdemmanager.config. You find it in the config subfolder of the Holdemmanager installation path.
