Can not instal on new laptop?

My old laptop is crashed and had only activated HM2 on that computer now I cannot instal it on my new one? Is there anyone who can help me? I only installed it once!

Cant you download the installer or wont the installer run?

What happens when you try to install it

Have you got xp or win7

Well I can install it but when I use my klicense code it says I have no more option anymore but I only installed it once! And since my computer is crashed I cant use it anymore so I thought I use the other option but now I can't os there some way I can fix this?
