hiya,
I just bought a new comp, I've had HEM for over 2 years, and I can't get it to register. It's stuck in the trial version bc it apparently can't connect to the internet. Dunno why, but it's starting to get on my nerves. Can you help me plz?

We had a temporary issue with our server which is now resolved and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you have not already done so please try running Holdem Manager again. If you continue to have registration issues, please send your updated Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'.

1.Create a new text document in C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager \Config folder by right clicking inside the folder on a blank space, choose New from the popup Menu and then choose text document and name it LicDebug with a capital L and D
2.Open HM2 and register
3.Close HM2 and delete the LicDebug.txt file if it fixes the issue or not/

That will enable you to enter the correct serial key. (currently the wrong key is 'stuck' in your license file)

Also RESET your license first:
we have launched a new online form for resetting your own serial codes.

This can be used to clear a code so that it can be used on a different pc or clear a code if your hardware profile changes and it doesn't allow you to continue.

Please go to http://www.holdemmanager.com and signup with a new login name and password or use your existing account. After that, simply navigate to "Upload License Code" and you can quickly add your serial code and reset it whenever you need to.
