The standard problem for Ongame is that the handhistory folder is a hidden folder. You need to configure your Explorer to show hidden folders/files.

Something like "C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\P5\<YourSiteName>\handhistory" doesnt exist on my PC, also not in the hidden folders

Did you configure it in the Pokerclient and did you play at least one real money hand?

In the meantime i learned that this should be auto enabled in the Pokerclient.

If you use XP its a different folder structure, i suggest you search in your whole C: Partition.

Please try updating to the latest beta version from the link in my signature.

If that doesn't help, please answer and post these questions: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174

I have found the right Folder, but he didnt import any hands.
By me the Handhistory ends with.log and not with .txt.
Could be this the Problem?

3. Confirm that your hand histories are saving

The next step is to confirm that the hand histories are appearing in that folder.

1. Scroll to C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\P5\<YourSiteName>\handhistory and keep that window open if using Vista. If using XP open this folder: C:\Documents and Settings\%USERPROFILE%\Local\Application Data\P5\PokerSiteName\handhistory
