View Full Version : Can't open Holdem Manager

Hi,

I just bought Holdem Manager pro, but after installing it I try to run it and get this message: "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc000007b).

Basically the program wont start at all after it's trying to add some of my hand history on my machine.

I have a XP64bit machine.

Thank you, I've now opened the requested file, but when I enter the user/password I used when installing the postgreSQL I get a message that says the user or password is wrong. I just followed the instructions when I installed it and went for user "postgresuser" and password "postgrespass"..?

Sorry for beeing such a noob, but is there any way I can recover my user or password in case I actually did change it ( witch i'm pretty sure i didn't :-)
