Question: If i have bought HEM2, would it be impossible to use HEM1 instead?
Cause i am playing HT HUSNG @ pokerstars.ee and the new hem is FULL OF BUGS. nothing works properly, exept hud.
almost any of the filters, lots of stats appear to be wrong, or not working at all. When will there be a corrected version?

Now the only benefit i get due to using HEM2 is that the importer starts automatically, but the rest is riddiculous.

ok,
filters:
buyin amount dosent work, i can only choose buy in level from basic levels and there it is in krons instead of usd which it should be.
ALL basic filters+position+players between

ev-line: every time i want to check where is the ev line, i need to restart the hem otherwise its completely wrong

stats: im playing hyper turbos all time, but hem thinks that about 20% of the tournaments are regular speed.
hourly winrate: it shows that im making over 400 usd/hour. my limit is 15 usd, so obv it is completely wrong.
table played at once also shows wrong results
EV adjusted winnings: completely wrong

those are the first things that came to mind

Make sure that you are saving tourney summaries in stars options and importing that folder. You can email stars to request the summaries. A lot of information needed is contained in them.

Are you using Net Winnings currency stats? That's the profit/hour stat you should use. It's in Tournament area in Report Stats.

I don't know what table played at once means.

did it, no answer for the 3rd day

and things got even more fucked up than before.

1st off when i start hem and go to reports, it shows cash instead of tourneys. so i push cash and tourneys again and the toureys show up.

no comes the part where things get really bad. i cleared all my filters and i cant see tournaments nor tournament results report.

so now what? i really dont understand, how can u guys sell a product that dosent work?
