Problem when marking hands during session

Hi,

I cant mark hands during sessions. I can see the last 3 hands etc. But when i click on it, it doesnt open up properly. I can see it "opened" in the toolbar, but it doesnt work. It shows up in white without any hand history. Any idea what might be going on?
