There is a very odd problem with my hud, playing on Littlewoods poker.

When regulars started to show up with no (or far less then they should have) hands in the popup hud I know there was a problem. My first idea was to check the playerdatabase and see below what I found. Several instances of the same player shows up but with different letters in capital. Syzafar in this example. Got a copy of himself called syzafar (small S) and that name got stuck to Syzafar (big S) on the table. See the popup.

I search the forum to find some answers but found none. The newest beta is installed and also .net latest and i have checked the autoimport folders so they are correct.

Otherwise i love your software :)

Littlewoods is Pacific?

In the latest Beta we have a patch for this problem (all names are converted to lower case):

* (1.09 Beta 33 NEW) All Pacific / Cassava hands now have player names importing in lower case. This is to stop people from altering the way they login using different capital / lower case letters to avoid being tracked.

But you need to reimport all your hands into a new database to get your data fixed:

*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB -

Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere.

To verify the location: Options > Configure Auto Import Folders > Edit > Archive Folder: ___________________

*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, and export/import the hands from the old DB, http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173

and then delete the old DB. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=21

Figured I could export all the pacific hands then purge them from the database. Then I just reimported them again.Seems to work great :)

Thanks for you help!
