mucked cards only shown 10-20% of showdowns

I've seen this bug referred to in other threads but the reply is having NetFramework and hm2 up to date...

I have all latest versions installed (in fact reinstalled NetFramework) and still happening...also know of quite a few other people with the same issue.

By the way, it does not happen at Stars but it does happen (and very often - 80-90% of showdowns) at Party Poker cash tables

This is a known issue and it has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. While I don't have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly.

The previously assigned internal ticket # on this issue is 4089. We will often release builds on a limited basis, only in the forums for a few days first, so please check back on this thread http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-releases/ for that ticket #.

Please send an email to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with "Notify Me When 4089 Is Resolved" in the subject line. We have assigned someone to search for these subject lines after each release, so this should insure you get notified after this fix has been released.

after a month there is no fix out for this issue

it is annoying to open stars replayer after every second hand to see the mucked cards

this must have a high priority as an issue that affects the gameflow before other fixes please


or did I just have still this problem? the first hands of every table are shown as mucked cards and than no more

A bugticket (4089) exists, but we can't duplicate this issue.

Did you try reinstalling HM2 + PostgreSQL?

superb - switching on Hero Mucked Cards solved the problem :-)

Hero Mucked Cards works like a force command I think because yet the board and heros cards are shown on every hand
