My Replayer doesn't work..!

Hi, when I try to replay any hand, replayer show me this massiges: An error occurred while replaying this hand. The hand history has been saved to your clipboard. Please email hm2support@holdemmanager.com and pres ctrl+v to paste the hand that caused the error into the email.!! What can I do? Ups I'm with HM2

If its still not working we need the original handhistory file which you should find in the archive folder (default c:\hm2archive). Please zip and mail the file with link to this thread and the log file (how to find the log file, see this: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1571/Help+with+Crashing+issues%3F) to hm2support@holdemmanager.com
