no Active Players

i have holdem manager running and import on.
table manager is open and can see importing working.

when i launch active player details window there are no players listed - is there anything obvious i need to set?

My Name is Doug. I apologize for the issue you are having. I am going to try and get you up and running.

A couple of items come to mind, make sure you have done the following:
- make sure your import folders are set up http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/91/Options+%7B47%7D+Hand+Importing+%7B47%7D+Auto+Impo rt+Folders
- make sure you have your the correct game type chosen: CASH or Tournament.
- make sure you click the refresh button
- make sure that you have the correct setting for your poker room.

If this doesnt work, please send more information on your problem and we will go from there. Good Luck

my playername has an ASCII symbol in it
like Ð
could this be the problem ?

Update to: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.12.10_08Apr2012.exe

Email us a handhistory where your player name has a ASCII symbol (which could definitely cause this problem)

Please clear your filters (Filters->clear) one time although it seems like no filters are defined.

If that doesn't help which type of hands do you have in your database?

Thank you for your answer netsrak. I cleared my filters, but still the same problem -- no players.
There are heads-up hands played on pokerstars.

If you have to make time import changes, afterwards, create a new database and reimport the hands.

I changed import time settings and made the following steps -- but still the same problem.

I have no idea why this is happening. I tried reinstalling Holdem Manager -- but nothing.

Any other ideas why?

I have this same problem, well I can see players in the report list and can see the number of hands but when I select someone to run reports against I get no data, no graphs, etc.

I've tried everything under the sun to no avail.
