Can I uninstall postgre sql and not HM2

Im going to install a new hd, Im going to install postgre on it and the hd where I have postgre installed now I will remove.

So can I uninstall postgre, install it on the new hd without reinstall HM2. I will delete all db's in HM2 before I uninstall.

Yes, this should work. If Postgres install will be succesfull, HM on first run after this only will ask to create new DB - as you deleted all of them.
