I'm having problems importing hands from PokerStars.

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using?

Have downloaded lastest patch - hasn't helped.

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and which gametype and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?

Am playing on Betfair and Stars. This problems only ccurs on Stars.

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?

Yes and tried importing the files manually, but to no avail.

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?

Pretty sure, yes.

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?

Yes. They are there.

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?

No.

5a) Do they import if you create a new database?

Havn't done this. Betfair hands import ok so don't think this is a corupt database problem.

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?

The open tables appear in the Table Manages but there are no stats for them.

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?

Yes

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?

Yes

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?

No. I can't find it. I don't appear to have a config folder...??

I've supposedly downloaded and installed the lastest patch 1.09 Beta 34, but wheh I load up HM, it's still calling itself version 1.08.04.

Consequently I'm havin problems with uploading hands from PokerStars.

Any suggestions?

Looking more closely, it appears as though I may not have sucessfully installed the lastest patch.

Seemingly, I've downloaded and installed it (1.09 Beta 34) but when HM loads up it's still calling itsled 1.08.04.

What am I doing wrong in trying to get the latest patch?

1) Clear your web cache, and download the beta update again, with another browser if possible.
2) Right-Click > Save Link As to save it to a different folder.
3) Reboot, and run the installer first thing.
4) Make sure the update is installing to the proper \holdem manager folder

Check the Properties > Start In Path of the desktop holdem manager shortcut.
