HUD doesn't work for new players that join the table

This problem just started yesterday. Whenever I join a table, all the huds come up for each player that was already at the table when i sit down, but when a new player joins the table, a hud doesn't appear for the new player. I have to restart my hud in order for the hud to show for each new player that joins the table. I was thinking maybe I messed up a setting so I clicked on the "restore defaults" button in hand importing options.

Can someone please help me out.
