Hi,
Today I bought a pro liscence for holdem manager. I paid with moneybookers. The money has been sent but I didn t received any key. Can you check it please. For more informations please e-mail me.

I've had a similar problem, the i checked the spam filter, the letter was in the recycle bin...
But now. I 've changed OP system, from XP to Windows 7. I can't activate my HEM anymore, it always asks to deactivate the key on the old machine :(
WTF, THIS is the old machine, with a differtent OP system, what to do now?
Please help.

@omar: :If you have not received your license in 12 - 24 hours via mail, please send your details to sales@holdemmanager.net. Please check your spam folder too.
@remete: you need to reset your license through our registration system: http://www.holdemmanager.net/Registration. Register there and add your key.

Thanks, i've already did it. still not really working, but the connection between HEM and postgreSQL is ok now ( after reinstalling postgreSQL). i will find the solution somehow :)
