Party Poker: HM does not recognize MTSnG

As said, no HUD and I am unable to find played hands, it looks like HM didn't understand those tourneys.
No problem with STT
Please assist.

I have forwarded this issue to our bugs department for further investigation.

I had the same problem on stars, my 1st try. HEM1 was running good with the 1.12.09a patch though

Please make sure the hh files are saved by party and that that folder is in the list in hand importing - auto import folders.

Create a new DB. Do the hands import?

If no, then zip and email some of the original HH files to us.
