PS HUD: hand count is erratic

Hello,
Continuing problem with the Pokerstars HUD.


Several new installs.....and fresh starts with database.
Have turned off UAC.
starts as administrator.


Everyday this is happens. Working fine for a while,
then it will give erratic hand-counts for players. 1 or 3 or 10 hands (vs 60 or 100 or whatever)
So a player that is a maniac suddenly has different stats.
Then it returns to normal stats (correct handcounts), only to show up again.

Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit
HEM 1.12.09

This is in the hud? And in the reports the stats for this players are normal?
How did you configure your additional hud filters? And please attach your holdemmanager.config file from c:\program files(x86)\rvg software\holdem manager\config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). it may be just called holdemmanager if you've extensions turned off.

Yes, only with the HUD. I have not found any errors in the Reports.
Interesting thing is, that it returns with normal stats (but no pattern).

Very strange, but not the first time. Brand new computer setup this time.

go to hud options--> additional HUD filters
Set the number of players filter to
2:2-2
3:3-6
4:3-6
5:3-6
6:3-6
7:7-10
8:7-10
9:7-10


With your current setup, every time one player is sitting out, or leaves the table, the HUD stats will be based on a different sample size.

OK. Done. I changed those settings. Sounds logical.

I have only been playing 6max.

I will follow-up, if I see anymore issues.
