Hello
I recently had trouble with the HUD on Entraction, this is now fixed but now the same problem is occuring at ongame

I have deleted the exe.names txt file and pref files and restarted HEM again. I used table finder again and the window recognise the table and asks me If I want to keep all poker.exe tables as linked to ongame. I click yes.

then thats it, no tables appear in the table manager. I use TF again and although TF sees the tables nothing appears on table manager.

Ongame was working fine before the entraction error/fix.

This is becoming quite annoying because I play fulltime, Im happy to ditch entraction if this is the cause of the problem?

I have also tried stars and its working fine there.

Im using the 1.12.09.

Paul

The ongame hands are being imported while you are playing?
Please post a screenshot of the tables and the tablemanager and please attach your holdemmanager.config file from c:\program files(x86)\rvg software\holdem manager\config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). it may be just called holdemmanager if you've extensions turned off.

Read: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD

Do you SELECT/HIGHLIGHT the table first in TableFinder before you move the red X to the table?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and An ti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates./

Turn off User Account Control: http://www.mydigitallife.info/2008/12/30/how-to-disable-and-turn-off-uac-in-windows-7/

Delete the file Program Files/RVG Software/HoldemManager/Config/exenames.txt
Then try the TableFinder again: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD

If that doesn't resolve it, email us a handhistory to support@holdemmanager.com
