hi

hud is not working for cash (nl)tables pokerstars
for sng's and tourneys its working

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot - http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The "importing\hud data" folder
4) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click this and attach the file.

hi

have been very busy lately and only played tournaments
so sorry for not following up properly
problem is still valid
ive made the requested screenshot and also opened the log folder wich show the error imported cash table hand histories
also the table manager sees the table but somehow the handhistories arent imported
strangely enough no problems with tournament tables

Your hand histories need to be in English. Pokerstars Lobby > Options > Instant Hand History.. > English


You can email their support and ask for all your old hand histories and tourney summaries, in English.

they are in english , if they werent it wouldnt be working for tournaments

Fozzy,

i emailed the handhistories
concerning teamview im living in central european time thats 1 hour later than ireland
a good time will be early in the morning or in the afternoon
you can plan a time and i will be there

Fozzy,

i upgraded to the newest beta 1.10 beta 5
that seems to solved the problem for the cash tables
its importing now

BUT

now the tournaments arent importing??!1

i know you dropped the developper a note (probably on some findings)
what was wrong in the first instance? and what could be wrong now?

I don't recall to be honest, but chances are I didn't know when I forwarded the hands.

good and now?

to be honest i didnt want to flip between support members , because inventing wheels again is unnessaserry
but i understand that its no fozzy for this subject and all patvs now?
so do i need to sent again the handhistories to patvs?

Are you still having problems with the HUD? Are you still having import errors?

I just found your hands you sent and imported them again to a new test DB, and I didnt get any import errors

Fozzy,

i upgraded to the newest beta wich solved the import errors for the cash tables
but now i get the import errors for tournaments !
wich where before the upgrade working fine

little update :

i created a new database also pokerstars had a software update
now the tournaments are importing
but its only displaying with the default HUD
i only selected tournaments for my preferred hud

also when i select the preffered hud and restart the application i get the default hud in the player preferences menu before even starting the table manager
if i change it to the preffered HUD it wil stay in the menu but on the table still the default HUD is overlaying

another update

tournaments layout seems to be working
i deleted all unnesecary configes and altered the settings of the default config to my prefferences

so for now i think the issue is "solved"
in either case thanks for the invested time /replies

The problem is you are not properly configuring all the HUDs on the Use For: tab. Any time HM doesnt know which HUD to use (because the rules on the Use For tab are confusing) it will revert to the Default HUD. You should create custom HUDs and set the Default HUD to a site you never play.
