License issue!!!!

Need urgent help and theres no answer in support@holdemmanager.net.
Til yesterday my license was doing allright and now theres a problem and cant log. It suggets some steps to retrieve it but when i go to the link it asks for a username and i dont remember it...

If you have never been to the registration site, you have to create a new login name/password before you can use the site.

I already reset the code. Now what??

Please email your details to sales@holdemmanager.net. Ask him to kill/reset your license and link him to this thread.

I reset, then registrate it again with the code and worked. Its allright with that?
