I havent played any poker or used HEM for about 15 days now, and now it no longer recognises my license. It seems from error details that there is a problem connecting to the license server, but my firewall IS set to allow HEM in/out connections (and was working before?).
I get a screen right at the end of closing HEM which has a list of about 5 possible problems, and this scren also shows my license number so obv HEM has a license key to use.
At the splash screen I tried clicking 'register' again (it is same as using trial but with 0 days left) and now it tells me I need to activate my license but still wont connect.
I have tried everything I can think of, any suggestions?
I hope it is just some temporary problem contacting license server...

*Please try using our registration system to register your current/new license. Then you will be able to retrieve or reset your own license, as needed. http://www.holdemmanager.net/Registration/

*If you have any problems with the above, please email your details to sales@holdemmanager.net and ask to have your license killed/reset

Thanks, I tried that, but still no joy. Have emailed sales...
