I bought Hem2 about a week but have not yet been licensed, I wrote 3 times but no answer, what should I do? No transaction 466861

Check your SPAM folder, if a reply from sales ended up in there.

They can't see any email from your @live.de address.
Did you sent it from a different address? If not, can you resent it.

They have a smaller team and work fewer hours per day than those of us in tech support but someone should reply soon, if they haven't already.

I do not see any email history from this email address and I do not know what @hotmail.de email address you are referring to. We have disabled private messages on the forums so you will have to post your address here or email it to me at fozzy@holdemmanager.com
