I have installed HM on my old stationary PC running XP hand and this is where I usally play. The Alternate lic I have on my Laptop so I can play when on the road or at a friends house. Both lic are activated and registered with no problems.
However the laptop thats fairly new is dual-core with typical features that you find in laptops today like advanced powersaving when its not connected to a powersource. This is where the troubles with HM begins.
If power is not available the Laptop "gears down" using less resources like less CPU and a light version of the ATI Gfx card. HM now thinks I done a major hardware overhaul of the box and deactivates my license!!
This means I cant quickly review hands if I got a few minutes over without plugging in the AC. I cant use HM while travelling or quickly power it up to show some cool feature to a friend so it probably hurting HM resale by word of mouth too.
