That's how HM2 looks when using the popular Skull theme (http://thedarkenedpoet.deviantart.com/art/Windows-7-Skull-Visual-Style-126019535).

We don't support such themes.
Also if you're using programs such as STARDOCK/ROCKETDOCK which forces the theme onto a program, uninstall it.
