Clear License Code (in HEM/ Help) and Reset Code (Web)

Is there a difference between these two options?

I'd like to reset the license status, cause I am switching to Windows 7 today.

The first one only clears the code in your installation, the 2nd one clears it for a new computer. So i guess the 2nd one is for you :)

Hi, how do I Reset Code (Web)?
I would like to do that since I have bought a new hard disk and I already installed windows 7 on it. But I would like to disable the original installation (vista) before.
How do I do that?
