manager not working

I tried to install the new 1.09 patch. manger was working fine before.

now when I try to open it I can an unhandled exception

could not load file or asembl 'HEMGUI..........

how do I solve this? manager does not open at all?

Reboot your computer, clear your browser cache or use a different browser, download and install the latest Beta again.
