ongame 2 problem with marking hands

first 1 is when uve got tables across ur screen the 1's at the right hand side when u click on the hand for the box to pop up it seems to pop up off the screen for some reason, not to sure if this is a problem with the settings on my cpu but not sure how that would be possible as i havent changed anything and hm1 never done it

second 1 is when i mark hands it doesnt always show them in hem when u tick the wee box to show marked hands + it seems to show the odd stupid hand were everyone folds pre yea once or twice maybe a misclick when im 9 tabling but 2/3 times for every 10 hands i mark on avg think its maybe a bug

This is a known issue and it has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. While I don't have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly.

The previously assigned internal ticket # on this issue is 3267. We will often release builds on a limited basis, only in the forums for a few days first, so please check back on this thread http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-releases/ for that ticket #.

If you want to be notified when it is added please send an email to support@holdemmanager.com and include "Notify Me When 3267 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

I have forwarded this issue to our bugs department for further investigation. It will be testing in the order in which it was received. We will reply back in this thread with our findings.

Hi Mario,

i tried your issue and can´t reproduce it. I mark from my 70 hands session 6 hands and exact these hands are shown as marked hands in the reports.

I have the same problem. Every day i'm getting random hands that i didn't mark in place of the ones i did. It seems to only be a problem with hands marked in game

Uninstall your current NetFramework version with this tool:

I did this & still get the same problem. Forgot to add in my first post that i'm not playing on ongame, but stars & ipoker. The problem occurs with both. I also can't unmark these hands post-session (they only disappear from marked hands list when i restart HM)

To unmark the hands you have to do it in the replayer using the edit button.
You have to refresh the list after you do so for your change to take place using the refresh button.

Hmm I don't see an edit button in the replayer. Can you post a screenshot?

In any case there is still a bug:
I have been trying to unmark by right clicking on the hand in the report & unticking the hand. Refreshing the report doesn't work and the hands still appear under marked hands until i restart HM

This is how it looks for me when i click the notes button on the replayer for hands I have marked in session via HUD. See how it shows as unmarked? I have to mark it, close it, click the notes button again and unclick it to unmark.
