Just bought Holdem manager...Trying to get the HUD to work...I have no idea why its not...I read the manual, I read the FAQ's, I double checked if the hand history folders where all in the correct spot...table manager comes up, but all the stats say 0...0 hands, 0 players...0/9...

I have no idea what to try or do next. Any and all help is greatly appriciated!

I updated to the latest beta and it was working for a sec...now its not working again. I tried going to table finder, because I can see it recognizes them, and all it says is" I can not find any unattached hands. Please wait until the manager has imported some"

I have no clue what to do.

This was honestly my worst nightmare...it was the thing that held me back from buying for so long, the thought that I would waste 80$ to spend all day trying to get this to work and sending messages back and forth, waiting for a response to a problem. This is seriously hell...almost just want to give up.

We also offer remote support sessions for customers that need some hands on assistance. Your first post was only a few hours ago, so you need to give us a chance to help you, but you are going to have to help us to troubleshoot the issue. Once we have ruled out the possible common, easy to fix, causes - we can narrow it down and decide if a remote support session would be the best way to handle it.
